the guy who was arrested and forced to take a TB shot was arrested again yesterday, same offense. NOW there was talk about this being a setup, I dunno actually. Well anyways, heres a sampling of yesterday, I will get everything up in some form or another today.

That is exactly what I was arrested for last summer. I was allegedly impeding pedestrian traffic yet there were no pedestrians, only protesters, who, in fact, were being blocked by the police. The only ones impeding any pedestrian traffic that day were the police. So they proceeded to arbitrarily arrest people for city ordinance violations and charge them with "misdemeanors".

It took the police a couple hours to come up with a strategy to shut us down. I think they consulted with the Feds, and this is the standard model for dealing with the exercise of free speech in America now. This is the charge they stick you with, impeding traffic which is NOT a misdemeanor it is a violation but they charge you with a misdemeanor.

It's all smoke and mirrors, it really is.

I actually had a long conversation with the guy yesterday about the outsourcing of labor to foreign countries and the military industrail complex. He said they inappropriately grabbed he gentials under the guise of a proper pat down. He was only walking back and forth across the street, not obstructing traffic or impeding cars from entering(even though we had fun heckling the bastards,especially decrepid Kissinger and Poonetta). Good dude, enjoyed talking to him.
