apple cider vinegar benefits
I was first introduced to apple cider vinegar (ACV for short) several years ago after my mother shared with me how my grandmother managed to avoid going to the doctors for her entire lifetime. I have been reaping the many other health benefits associated with a little ACV as a part of my daily routine. ACV has been credited for its many medicinal properties for years and it really is a cure-all remedy. While I have not used the topical suggestions to date I fail to see how they would not be as helpful as the internal benefits are definitely noticeable.
These are just a few benefits of apple cider vinegar
Being rich in natural minerals, vitamins and enzymes makes apple cider vinegar a great addition to any detox. The unique acids in apple cider vinegar can bind to toxins and help the body eliminate them more effectively. Apple cider vinegar can also help to stimulate circulation and aid detoxification in the liver. In ancient cultures ACV was often used to purify the blood. Another way apple cider vinegar aids detoxification is by breaking up mucus throughout the body and cleansing the lymph nodes to allow for better lymph circulation. A healthy lymphatic system can remove toxins from the cells in the body while improving immune system response.
2. To promote weight loss
Apple cider vinegar may aid in weight loss by stabilising the blood sugar for a longer period and helping to control the appetite. Try taking 1-2 teaspoons in water before each meal. This little trick may also help with diabetes. Don’t just rely on ACV to help you trim down though. It won’t work if your diet is rubbish. ACV should be an accompaniment to a healthy, balanced diet.
3. To help with digestion
Aiding digestion is possibly one of apple cider vinegar’s biggest claims to fame. It can help with common indigestion and gastrointestinal discomfort caused by certain foods and it is said to clear up chronic acid reflux when taken religiously with each meal.
4. To alleviate skin problems
Apple cider vinegar can be used as a topical astringent for acne prone skin, and some even report that taking ACV orally every day has helped clear their skin. Add a cup of apple cider vinegar and a cup of Epsom salts to a hot bath to draw toxins out through the skin and help jump start the cleansing process. This can also help relieve joint pain as well as skin conditions like eczema and acne.
5. To get rid of warts
Try this for a home wart removal remedy: Soak a cotton ball with apple cider vinegar and attach it to the wart site with a bandaid. Leave overnight. Repeat each night until the wart disappears.
6. Helps ward off sickness
Apple cider vinegar devotees claim that this miracle elixir is one of the main reasons they are able to ward of common illnesses. This can most likely be chalked up to ACV’s unique blend of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. It also possesses antimicrobial and antiseptic properties.
7. For soft and shiny hair
Acetic acid, the main ingredient in ACV, will remove build up from styling products and conditioners and strengthen the hair shaft, leaving you with soft, shiny strands. It will also balance hair’s pH level, kill bacteria, and is a cure for dandruff.
Dilute 1/3 cup ACV in 4 cups of water and pour over your hair after shampooing. Leave it in for a few seconds before rinse your hair using cold water to seal the hair shaft and create more shine. Because vinegar is acidic, using the rinse daily is not advised. And no, your hair won’t stink like vinegar – the smell will go away after your hair dries.
8. Apple cider vinegar helps tummy troubles.
Sip some apple cider vinegar mixed with water. If a bacterial infection is at the root of your diarrhea, apple cider vinegar could help contain the problem, thanks to its antibiotic properties. What's more, some folk remedy experts contend that apple cider vinegar contains pectin, which can help soothe intestinal spasms. Try mixing one or two tablespoons into water, or clear juice like apple juice.
9.Apple cider vinegar cures hiccups.
Take a teaspoonful of apple cider vinegar; its sour taste could stop a hiccup in its tracks. 10.Apple cider vinegar soothes a sore throat.
As soon as you feel the prickle of a sore throat, employ germ-busting apple cider vinegar to help head off the infection at the pass. 11.Apple cider vinegar could lower cholesterol.
More research is needed to definitively link apple cider vinegar and its capability to lower cholesterol in humans, but one 2006 study found that the acetic acid in the vinegar lowered bad cholesterol in rats. Also, a Japanese study found that half an ounce of apple cider vinegar a day lowered cholesterol in people who participated in the panel.

14.Apple cider vinegar gets rid of dandruff.
On his website, Dr. Mehmet Oz recommends apple cider vinegar as a dandruff treatment. The acidity of apple cider vinegar changes the pH of your scalp, making it harder for yeast to grow. Mix 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup water in a spray bottle, and spritz on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and let sit for 15 minutes to an hour, then wash your hair as usual. Do this twice a week for best results.
15.Apple cider vinegar clears acne.

16.Apple cider vinegar boosts energy.
Exercise and sometimes extreme stress cause lactic acid to build up in the body, causing fatigue. Interestingly, the amino acids contained in apple cider vinegar act as an antidote. What's more, apple cider vinegar contains potassium and enzymes that may relieve that tired feeling. Next time you're beat, add a tablespoon or two of apple cider vinegar to a glass of chilled vegetable drink or to a glass of water.
17.Apple cider vinegar cuts down on nighttime leg cramps.
Leg cramps can often be a sign that you're low in potassium. Since apple cider vinegar is high in it, one home remedy suggests mixing 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon honey to a glass of warm water and drink to relieve nighttime leg cramps. Of course, by the time you walk to the kitchen to put the drink together, your cramp is likely to be history—but maybe that's the point.

If proper brushing and mouthwash doesn't do the trick, try the home remedy of using apple cider vinegar to control bad breath. Gargle with it, or drink a teaspoon (diluted with water if you prefer) to kill odor-causing bacteria.
I can not say for certain this is true as I have been single or without a partner for many many years but no one is close enough to complain mouth feels fresher since ingesting it daily
19.Apple cider vinegar whitens teeth.
Gargle with apple cider vinegar in the morning. The vinegar helps remove stains, whiten teeth, and kill bacteria in your mouth and gums. Brush as usual after you gargle. You can also brush your teeth with baking soda once a week to help remove stains and whiten your teeth; use it just as you would toothpaste. You can also use salt as an alternative toothpaste. If your gums start to feel raw, switch to brushing with salt every other day.

21.Apple cider vinegar helps control blood sugar.
A few swigs of apple cider vinegar could help keep your blood sugar levels balanced, according to several studies that have shown a link between the two. One study of people with type 2 diabetes who weren't taking insulin found that taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before bed resulted in lower glucose levels by morning. Another study at the Arizona State University found that insulin resistant people who drank a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water before eating a high carbohydrate meal had lower blood sugar afterward. Scientists think the antiglycemic effect of the acid is the key.
22.Alleviate GI distress
Those who prescribe to folk remedies tell us that if one suffers from diarrhea caused by a bacterial infection, apple cider vinegar may help due to its antibiotic properties. As well, some experts suggest that pectin in apple cider vinegar can help calm intestinal spasms. If you're suffering: Mix one or two tablespoons into water or apple juice and drink.
If you’re planning on indulging in a meal that you expect might not get along very well with your stomach, try drinking one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with one teaspoon of honey mixed in a small glass of warm water 30 minutes before you dine.

32. Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology the list goes on and on I mean in my research there is little that it wont help and it doesn't cause any problems that I know of. I find the benefits far outweigh any possible negative side effects outside the taste it is not the most prefered method of medicine in my honest opinion, but the amount of benefit from using it is so much more that not taking is far worse than taking it.
How to take it orally…
Add 1-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm or cool water before each meal. You can also add it to hot water with a little honey and drink it as a tea. Apple cider vinegar is also great as a salad dressing when mixed with flaxseed oil and honey.
It’s important to buy an apple cider vinegar that is organic and unfiltered so that all of its nutritional value is in tact. The Bragg’s brand is great. The hazy looking stuff that settles to the bottom is called “the mother” and it is said to be the most nutritious part of the apple cider vinegar for its therapeutic benefits.
I personally use 1 tablespoon in a glass of apple juice sipping throughout the day until ingested as I hate drinking anything outside of my sweet tea lol but it is worth a 4 ounce glass with even a teaspoon and work your way up to a table spoon eventually the taste will not be as upsetting as the first week or two of treatment but daily will almost insure not seeing a doctor for anything outside of physical injury.
