Canada Needs To Ditch Queen Elizabeth
I was born a Canadian and as a result, I have never had to swear an oath to 'Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth'.
Thank gawd (!) because I don't think I could swear that oath without crossing my fingers. So why do we require new Canadian citizens to swear an oath to "be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of Canada, Her Heirs and Successors ..."
But now, thankfully, the Queen's place in…

A report released by the Environmental Working Group this week provides yet another reason not to drink bottled water: disinfection byproducts, fertilizer residue and pain medication. All these chemicals and more were found in multiple brands of bottled water EWG tested. More on the report below the fold.
The cost of bottled water is about 1,900 times greater than tap water, a price tag many people are comfortable paying because they believe they are drinking something "pure." EWG's…

By their structural nature, corporations have the ability to shift their names and appearances, to assign parts of a mission to apparently unconnected entities while in fact maintaining rigid centralized control over the whole thing by, well, whoever owns them. They can assign finances as they wish, to candidates and parties at every level by way of contributions and lobbyist influence, and even bribes and blackmail.
All the while keeping the true purpose and indeed the true…

THE DARK SIDE OF MONSANTO
Right now, there is probably no other company that is doing more to endanger the health of this planet, and it's inhabitants, than Monsanto.
With Nazi-like attitude, they are leading the world in shear destructive evil greed. First they were a drug company, and then they expanded to become a drugs and genetic engineering company, and now Monsanto is attempting to acquire water rights in countries with water shortages in a…

Here is a little info you may consider
From NAFTA to SPP-NAU Would Canadians be same if they know the truth I don’t think so
Do Canadians know what’s what today? It seems that’s not bloody likely. And why not? Apart from contributory public ignorance, a lack of willingness to undertake research, and a general disinterest in political reform, the answer lies in the fact that we do not have a free and independent press.
If they knew what was…

The Palestinian-Israeli “road map” was supposed to be a performance-based plan leading to a two-state solution by 2005. Israel “accepted” the road map, yet it presented 14 reservations, a classic move aimed at placating the international community while, at the same time, presenting its own understanding of what peace or a peace process should look like. This imposition of a Zionist narrative onto attempts at…
