   ..and when it's done take the top plate off immediately. Don't wait. You want the excess moisture to steam off. Really amazing dish.

I think it's way better than frying in a skillet. You can also butter the plate before cracking the eggs on it. Try it. Might take a while to nail it down perfectly with your nuke oven. But the results are worth it.

I've been steaming eggs in the microwave for years now. It's super fast. Easy prep & the results are totally delish. I usually put 3 eggs on a dinner sized plate - I like to knife up the yolks a little to make it spread a little but that's personal preference. You can be as a creative as you want, it's an omelette. I add salt/pepper, chunky salsa sauce, maybe diced onions & green peppers, 3 cheese fiesta blend from Wal-Mart & Ranch dressing. That's my gig but you can add anything you like (don't recommend tomato tho it makes it soggy) the secret here is you put another plate (same size) over the top of the whole thing & nuke it for like 4 minutes. (for 3 eggs) Texture is amazing. It's super delicious. Might have to figure out the perfect nuke time on your micro-wave. Anyway, it works. Gonna make one now!~
