You have to watch this. Bet this will not change the direction of the VP's group even with the MAJOR reason for their initial knee jerk re-action now disproved.

So, it comes out that Adam Lanza never used an AR or AK in the horrible slaughter of those kids . Just as I heard the first couple days after the shooting, the AR never left the car. Doesn't change the outcome, just emphasizes that the Media will lie to push their agenda, even over the dead bodies of innocent children. All we have heard for three weeks is how he killed everyone with an "Assault rifle".

Now why has someone not filed charges against Treason? Is not the job description to defend The Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic? Well.... that fits the bill in both cases.

An Oregon sheriff says he will not enforce any federal regulation that President Barack Obama lays out in his package of gun control proposals Wednesday.
Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller joins several other public officials across the nation who have decided to square off with the White House even before it outlines what its plans are for expanded measures.
Mueller sent a letter to Vice President Joe Biden this week saying he won't enforce any federal regulation "offending the constitutional rights of my citizens." He won't permit federal officers to come to his county to enforce such laws either, he said.
Mueller's defiant stand exploded into a groundswell of support. His letter -- posted on the department's Facebook page -- earned more than 59,000 likes and shares -- and was growing by the minute.

Nerf toy gun causes lockdown in Long Island

NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

A lime-green Nerf toy gun caused an hours-long lock-down at a Long Island school on Tuesday.

A 911 caller told Nassau County Police she saw a suspicious teen at about 7:38 a.m. Tuesday wearing a black jacket and carrying a black backpack at Elmont Memorial high School in Elmont.

The caller said he was also carrying a lime green gun.

A SWAT team searched the school room by room.  Parents were allowed to pick up their children early Tuesday afternoon.

They eventually found the toy lime green and yellow lever action Nerf gun in a student locker.  Police did not make any arrests and the lockdown was lifted.
