Judge throws out ban on online ammo sales

Gun rights supporters won a major legal victory last week when a California judge struck down as unconstitutional a law that they say would have effectively banned online sales of handgun ammunition just days before it was to have taken effect.

Given the sheer size of the California market, the law would have had a major impact on national online ammunition sales, and some online ammo sites had already suspended sales to California.

While I do agree about Citizens Commitee for The Right To Keep And Bear Arm's, I prefer to support The Second Amendment Foundation. http://www.saf.org/

It's a shame we have entered the Global control thing, We need to stop these Government schools and what they are doing to our kids! They are the ones that will keep this Country free long after we are gone! It is up to us to make sure they stay free so they can lead the next generations in freedom! We all know what's coming and we must prepare for it! We don't have time to start local, the fun will be here before we know it! It is a shame, but it is our Duty as Americans to do what ever it takes to stop this take over! I wish us all God speed in stopping this evil!
