They can only do what the ones who they appoint to carry out the the unlawful orders will do. Unless something has changed, orders that are unconstitutional can be disobeyed.

Yep, and they won't be the only State to do it! It is easy now that the feds took over the State NG and Police! They are controlled by threats and money, and or power! The Govt. is too big now, unless all the states get their acts together and stand as one, it will be the fall of the U.S.. The proof is out there, just look!

Blogger John Jacob notes a possible sinister side to North Carolina’s declared state of emergency — citizens will not be allowed to carry weapons. In other words, the governor has in effect suspended the Second Amendment at a time when crime will almost certainly increase.
