Do ya think the American Citizen's are preparing for something?
Also the ammo shortage is showing NO sign of letting up.
Could it be the American people are stockpiling ammunition?

Washington, DC --(AmmoLand.com)- Data released by the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) for the year reported 14,033,824 NICS Checks for the year of 2009, a 10 percent increase in gun purchases from the 12,709,023 reported in 2008.

So far that is roughly 14,000,000+ guns bought last year!
The total is probably more as many NICS background checks cover the purchase of more than one gun at a time by individuals.

To put it in perspective that is more guns than the combined active armies of the top 21 countries in the world. countries by number of troops

What Mr. Holder is saying is that the need for lowering drug crime in Mexico supersedes the Constitutional protections of American citizens.

How sad....I live about an hour south of San Jose-- and on Saturday I'm moving to AZ.....

Some people don't like everything the NRA does.
This is usually true with most large organization, not everybody agrees with everything the org does.
What you need to look at is what they offer and how powerful they are, also how fast their response is to questions YOU ask them.
I myself have been in contact with the NRA a few times and "suprisingly" their response was both fast and on point as to what my question was, the latest was The U.N. Small arms treaty that Hillary is working on behind closed doors as well as behind the American peoples backs.
The choice is yours.
To me G.O.A. is always after your money, everytime they send you something they want money.
The Second Ammendment Foundation is a very group also.
BUT the NRA is the 900 pound gorilla when it comes to lobbing groups.
I myself am a member of the Second Ammendment Foundation, and the NRA as well, not to mention my local state groups, as they are working on what is going on in my particular state, which is a really f---ed up place. You see I live in Calif.
The choice is yours. But I've made mine.
